Actually it was conducted to provide guidance to educational staff and faculty for implementing an effective quality management system in conjunction with and based on ISO 9001:2000. The objective of this International Workshop Agreement was to assure the overall effectiveness of the education organization’s quality management system and the delivery and continual improvement of its educational service to the learner.
